Terms

Terms of Service

The plain-language terms for working with us — quotes, scheduling, payment, and how our text messaging works.

Effective August 20, 2026

These terms cover services provided by Outlaw Outdoor Services ("we," "us"), a locally owned outdoor-services company based in Waynesboro, GA. By requesting a quote or hiring us, you agree to the terms below.

Quotes and estimates

Quotes are free and prepared after we look at the property. A quote is an offer, not a contract — no charges apply until you approve a written estimate. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise; material-price changes beyond our control may require an updated quote.

Scheduling and weather

Outdoor work depends on weather. If rain, storms, or ground conditions push a visit, we'll tell you and get you back on the schedule as soon as conditions allow.

Payment

Payment terms are stated on your estimate or invoice. Recurring services are billed on the schedule agreed when service starts. Invoices are payable on receipt unless the invoice says otherwise.

Cancellations

You can cancel or reschedule a visit at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Recurring service plans can be paused or cancelled at any time by contacting us.

Workmanship

We stand behind our work. If something we did isn't right, tell us within a reasonable time and we'll make it right. We are licensed and insured; our liability is limited to the amount paid for the work at issue except where the law says otherwise.

Text messaging terms

When you provide your phone number — on our quote form, by phone, or by texting us — you agree to receive service-related text messages from Outlaw Outdoor Services: quote follow-ups, visit scheduling and reminders, job status updates, and invoice notices.

Message frequency varies based on your service activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to cancel text messages; reply HELP for help or call (706) 834-4246. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any service. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How we handle your information, including the commitment that no mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, is described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
