Outlaw Outdoor Services ("we," "us") is a locally owned outdoor-services company based in Waynesboro, GA. This policy covers the information we collect through this website, by phone, and by text while quoting and performing work, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you request a quote or contact us, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email address, the property address, and a description of the work you need. When you call, your call may be answered by an automated phone assistant, and calls may be recorded and transcribed so we can follow up accurately. Text conversations with our business number are kept with your service records. The website keeps simple page-view counts; we do not run advertising trackers.

How we use it

We use your information to look at the property, prepare your quote, schedule and perform the work, send invoices and receive payments, and communicate with you about your service. That's it — we don't use it for anything unrelated to the work.

Text messaging

By providing your phone number — on our quote form, by phone, or by text — you agree that we may send you text messages about your service: quotes, scheduling, visit updates, and invoices. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never sold or shared with anyone for marketing.

Sharing

We share information only with the service providers that make our business run — telephone and messaging carriers, payment processing, invoicing, and scheduling software — and only as needed to serve you. We never sell your information. We disclose it only if the law requires us to.

Retention and security

We keep customer records for as long as we have a working relationship with you and as needed for tax and business records, and we take reasonable measures to protect them.

Your choices
