Hydroseeding

Hydroseeding

Seed, mulch, and fertilizer sprayed in one pass — bare dirt turned into an established lawn at a fraction of the cost of sod.

From bare dirt to established grass.

Hydroseeding sprays seed, mulch, fertilizer, and a tackifier onto prepared ground as one slurry. The mulch holds moisture around the seed and the tackifier keeps it where it was sprayed — so it comes up faster and more evenly than dry broadcast seeding, without sod's price tag.

It's the natural last step after dirt work. A lot that's just been cleared or graded is bare ground waiting to wash — spray it and the yard establishes instead of eroding. We handle the prep and the spray, and leave you with plain watering instructions so you know exactly what the new lawn needs.

What's included

One crew for the whole job, quoted after we've actually looked at the property.

  • New lawns — bare or freshly graded ground seeded in one pass
  • Slopes & erosion control — banks and ditches where sod won't hold and dry seed washes out
  • Repair & thickening — thin or damaged areas brought back to full coverage
  • After clearing or grading — finish dirt work with grass instead of leaving bare ground

What you can count on

One-Pass Application

Seed, mulch, and fertilizer go down together, sprayed evenly across the whole area.

Faster Establishment

The mulch layer holds moisture around the seed, so it takes quicker than dry broadcast seeding.
